I will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends). I will arrange a free 15 minute call with you where we can discuss what brings you to therapy and how we might work together. From there we can book you in for your first session. Once we have agreed on a time and day, this will be your slot each week.

I work in Brixton on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and in Peckham on Thursdays. I also work online. Please contact me to find out my current availability.

I charge £70 per 50 minute session.

Everything discussed in therapy is confidential.

The only caveats to this are when you are at immediate risk of harm to yourself or to others or if a break in confidentiality has been requested by a court order. In this case I would always want to discuss this with you first, so we can decide how to progress collaboratively.
